After weeks of careful preparation — establishing the business, securing insurance, finalizing our operating plan, and confirming our team of qualified captains and instructors — we are ready to welcome sailors aboard.
Our soft opening charter window runs from February 26 through March 8, 2026. This is a limited opportunity to be among the first to experience what we've been building.
We launched Rabbit Hole Sailing with a clear purpose: to offer small, personal charter experiences on San Francisco Bay, run with care, professionalism, and genuine love for the water.
We started small intentionally. A focused soft opening lets us deliver the experience we've designed — attentive, unhurried, and built around the sailors aboard — before expanding availability.
Charter options during the soft opening include bareboat charters for qualified sailors, captained sailing experiences, and Check-Out Sails for sailors looking to demonstrate their skills on our vessel.
Instructor-led sailing through our partnership with Onward Sailing, a US Sailing accredited program, is also available.
